Bespoke route for Chagos Islanders descendants LAUNCHING 23RD NOVEMBER 2022

On September 1st 2022, it was announced by Home Office Minister Kevin Foster MP that the date the bespoke route for British Citizenship will launch is 23rd November 2022.

This means from the 23rd November 2022, descendants of the those born on the Chagos Islands/BIOT are eligible to start making an application for BOTC and BC. The application form has not yet been published but is currently being structured by Home Office, to be ready for 23rd November 2022.
