BIOT Citizens gathered outside of Parliament Square UK to raise awareness for the native-born and descendants of Chagos Archipelago. The Nationality & Borders Bill today was at Scrutiny Stage. We need the UK Government to recognise BIOT Citizens as British Citizens. We deserve to have our families reunitied under one roof, the British roof.
We will continue to make our voices heard until Chagossians are included in the Bill as a separate ammendment, to allow all descendants to respectfully gain their rightful British Citizenship.
