This is great news from the Home Office Minister, accepting the terms of the Chagos Islanders Amendment means this Amendment will be part of the Nationality and Borders Bill, when the Bill is made law, and we no longer have to fear that the Government will remove our Amendment. Chagossian descendants will be granted BOTC and British Citizenship when the Bill is finalised.
